The PRWeek Awards 2012

26 October 2012

Tuesday saw the world of PR get out their glad rags for the long awaited PRWeek Awards and once again the night did not disappoint! Held at the beautifully decorated Grosvenor House Hotel, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and excitement as companies and friends took their seats before the stage. As usual, the host had been kept a secret, but the crowd was delighted at the sight of Graham Norton walking onto the stage in a particularly dazzling suit.

JFL was proud to be sponsoring the Large Consultancy of the Year once again and we were thrilled to hand over the award to the team at Blue Rubicon.

A congratulations is also in order for Portland who were awarded the Mid-sized Consultancy of the Year and Unity, who managed to scoop three awards for their #CowellMustPay, R UV Ugly? and the Launch of Shwopping campaigns.

But it was Ogilvy PR who stole the show, winning three awards for their fantastic Gnome Experiment, with the Gnome himself making an appearance.  JFL would like to congratulate all of the finalists and those highly commended for all their work in the PR industry; we had a wonderful evening celebrating with everyone.

Now our sore heads have finally disappeared, the JFL team are already looking forward to next year’s event!
