JFL is currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant: salary negotiable + benefits + commission!

Based in Soho, we are a long standing, high profile recruitment agency specializing in the PR and Communications sector. We are growing our team due to the market picking up again, and with lots of exciting jobs to work on, we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us.

You will already have experience of working in recruitment and will be expected to have dealt with the following:

• - Client account handling
• - Candidate management and attracting new candidates
• - Advertising new roles
• - New business development
• - Managing, supporting and nurturing junior members of staff
• - Hitting and exceeding thresholds and targets set
• - Be digitally savvy and excellent at using social media/social networking sites such as Twitter, Bebo, MySpace, Facebook etc.

As a character, you will need to be:

• - A self starter, someone who's highly motivated and enjoys a challenge
• - Gregarious and enjoys teamwork
• - Confident and possess an ‘upbeat, positive vibe'
• - Drive for results and hitting your target
• - Enjoy writing and updating social media sites
