Contingency Recruitment

  • Sourcing candidates currently registered with us
  • Approaching candidates through our network of contacts
  • Advertising all jobs on our website
  • Advertising regularly in the trade press
  • Constant presence online on appropriate websites
  • A fee is payable only on placement of a suitable candidate

Advertised Search & Selection

  • Plan and timetable the assignment with our client
  • Place advertisements in appropriate publication/s and websites
  • Handle the response
  • Provide weekly status reports, indicating all approaches and responses
  • Produce a shortlist of candidates, with recommendations for interview
  • Take up references
  • Negotiate compensation package and terms of appointment

Executive Search

One of our directors will lead on strategy and execution and in consultation with our client will:

  • Draft the job description and candidate profile, identifying key competencies
  • Map the market and plan the research
  • Identify and contact potential candidates
  • Interview appropriate candidates and take up references as appropriate
  • Provide a shortlist, with recommendations for interview
  • Negotiate compensation package and terms of appointment

Work Experience

  • We believe strongly in investing in our future talent and provide a work experience scheme for high calibre graduates
  • We provide our clients with interviewed and selected graduates for work experience free of charge for 2 weeks
  • This introduces you to some of the best graduates available

You then have the option to:

  • Extend beyond the first 2 weeks and pay a daily rate
  • Offer the candidate a permanent job on a salary (our normal fees apply)

Freelance and Interim

We have an outstanding database of candidates who are available for freelance and interim work. In this flexible market you can choose:

  • One day or more
  • One week or more
  • One month or more
  • Several months – for example maternity leave
  • One year contracts
  • All candidates are interviewed, and reference checked. We advise on fees and payment methods
